understand why people would want to live there. I don’t think that it’s
smart to pay a million bucks for a home that's literally worth about a
third of that. Some people may find the environment desirable, but the
quality of living sure does go down.
However, I can’t argue that real
estate in Hollywood makes for a great investment. You can earn a lot of
money if you can improve a run-down home in Hollywood. People are
willing to pay large amounts of money for lots in this area probably
because of the whole Tinsel Town aspect of it all.
I was dumbfounded at the prices I saw when I took a browse through some real estate in Hollywood. It would take a fortune to live in this area if you combine the living expenses with the price of the real estate. I mean, you might even have to act in a movie in order to afford to live there.
You should be careful that it's not one of the weird flicks, if you decide to act in one. There is a good chance that it would be a remake of something. That seems to be all Hollywood is good at anymore.
